Training is the foundation — but strength at this stage of life is built across everything. How you eat, how you recover, how you sleep, and how you manage stress all determine what's possible in the gym and beyond it.

This is why I work with clients across all of it.

We train together two to four times per week at my training base in Darlinghurst. Between sessions you have direct access to me when it matters. Your nutrition, recovery, sleep, and stress are actively managed alongside your training — not treated as separate concerns.
